This is a remote position.
Part-time – 8 am or 9 am start AEST M-F
Are you a social media enthusiast with a passion for building and engaging online communities? Are you a talented writer with excellent communication skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Social Media Community Management Specialist to join our team at Social Butterfly Marketing!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and engage with social media communities across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, representing our clients’ brands with excellence.
- Foster meaningful interactions, build relationships, and encourage active participation within the community.
- Generate reports on community metrics, highlighting key insights and trends (all templated, just download and distribute).
Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in community management, or a related field.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop engaging content and foster community growth.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and their unique requirements and best practices.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively.
